Crafter notes

This is raffia imported from Japan. It has a medium thickness and has been wound into a ball. It's great for making bags, hats, pouches and accessories. While this raffia is fairly soft, crocheting with it is not for the faint of heart. It takes a bit of time to learn how to crochet with raffia because the yarn will twist as you crochet and you can't frog it too many times. But the end product will definitely be worth your while!

Do note that this comes in a 100g ball which is a fairly large size compared to other raffia on the market. One ball is typically sufficient for a medium bag.
