About Us
Cosy Craft Studio is an online handicraft store that sells mainly yarns for crochet and knitting purposes. We love all natural fiber yarns and try out very best to source good quality, affordable yarns. This dream store started because of I love crocheting and I realised that there's so limited yarns available to us in Malaysia, sadly. Our goal is to one day have a physical store maybe? And to be surrounded by a community of crafters.

Where do you ship to and how much does it cost?
We currently ship within Malaysia. Shipping rates differ by amount and state, it will be calculated upon checkout. Please refer to our Instagram page for the latest shipping rates.
Free shipping applies for addresses within Sarawak with orders above RM100.
Free shipping applies for addresses within the rest of Malaysia with orders above RM250.
What happens if I choose the caking service?
Caking service is free. You'll need to select the yarn form upon purchase. If you have a chage of heart, please do not hesitate to contact us and let us know. If you've selected caking service, please allow us 3 days to cake your yarns before packing and shipping your order.
How can I ask for a return or refund?
Our goal is for every customer to be totally satisfied with their purchase. If this isn’t the case, let us know and we’ll do our best to work with you to make it right.

The yarn I bought looks different from the pictures I saw, what can I do?
We try our absolute best to display accurate product pictures, descriptions and all manufacturing information. However, there may be some discrepancies to actual product in person. Please contact us as soon as you can and we will try to resolve the issue either by refund or exchanging products.
Do you have a physical store? Where can I see the yarns before purchasing?
Unfortunately we are only an online store and do not have a permanent physical space. If you're in Miri, please reach out to us through our Instagram page directly to arrange a viewing.
